A 90 min cinematic slow-burn for your skin and nervous system. We begin by prepping your canvas with aromatherapy paired with diaphragmatic breathing, a targeted double cleanse, and gentle exfoliation. We then transition into myofascial release and customized facial massage ♡
I do a dry myofasical release to structurally lift and sculpt by stretching the connective tissue especially the neck and shoulder area where we tend to hold a lot of tension. Then follows a long dreamy face massage with a curated soundscape playlist. If you aren't asleep by now the lovely scent of botanical masks I'll be mixing up by Cultivate Apothecary will wake you up :) I’ve curated a mix of professional-grade and botanical brands for my backbar including Dermalogica and Image Skincare, Cultivate Apothecary, and Gara.
While you drift into a curated somatic soundscape as your botanical mask is setting, I perform a deep head, neck, and shoulder release to fully transform your energy and enter a total state of rest.
We end the facial with a toner, serum, moisturizer, sunscreen, and a lip treatment all curated to your specific skin needs. My facials are fully inclusive, so you get the works including gua sha, facial cupping, scalp massage, steam eye mask and chilly ice globes for sculpting and depuffing at no extra cost :)
Every session concludes with a complimentary 10-minute post-glow photo session to capture your skin at its most radiant. I suggest wearing a tank top or soft neckline so we can capture your shoulder and neck glow. Come as you are, I can’t wait to see you ☾ ⋆˙⟡♡ -Jill
